FAQ for users:

1. Must I sign up with the same email address as my Twitter Account?
   No, it is not necessary.

2. Do I need to provide my Twitter username and password?
   No, all you need to do is to click a button to authorize our application to connect to your account.

3. How do I start sending out saved updates?
   First you need to save some updates in your account. Then you can click on the start button in Account Settings box to start the automatic updating.

4. What do I need to do after I modified my Twitter account?
   Nothing.

5. How do I shorten links in my updates?
   You can shorten your link with http://bit.ly/.

FAQ for affiliates:

1. How much I can earn as an affiliate?
   You can earn 50% of the monthly subscription fee of Pro and Premium users you referred to us. As long as they continue their paid subscription, you will receive the commission every month.

2. How often do I get paid?
   We usually send out commission payments of previous month at the end of each month. For example, commission you earn in May is paid approximately on June 30.

3. How do I receive my commission payments?
   We send your commission to your Paypal account. That is the only way so far. If you do not have a Paypal account, click here to sign up one.
